4. Refund Policy

We at MalBows want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund policy as outlined below.

Returns: You may return any unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item within 30 days of the delivery date. All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by us.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments or items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@malbows.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us at support@malbows.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MalBows operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
